THE STUDIO

Hello! This 260-square foot event space is available for small meetings, parties, dinners, wedding rehersals, pop-up shop and more. The Studio offers 18-foot ceilings, 15-foot windows that allow lots of natural light, beautifully restored fir floors, dim-able string lighting and an ADA restroom.

Rate: $500 daily (10AM-9PM) or $75 an hour (3 hours minimum)
Capacity: 30 standing or 24 seatings.
Attributes: window, heat, A/C, tables & chairs
